What this site is

This is the website of a licensed independent insurance agency. It describes classes of business we write and coverages we place, and it lets you start an enquiry.

Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

The content is a summary, not a policy

This is the most important thing on this page. Everything written here about what a coverage does, what it excludes, and when it responds is a general description written to be useful. It is not a contract of insurance, not a quote, and not an offer to insure.

Only the actual policy document — with its own definitions, conditions, exclusions and endorsements — determines what is covered. Where anything on this site differs from an issued policy, the policy governs, every time. If a distinction matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will read the wording with you.

No advice relationship from browsing

Reading this site does not create an agency or advisory relationship, and nothing here is legal, tax or accounting advice. An advisory relationship starts when we agree to act for you.

Licensing

We are licensed to transact insurance in the states we say we are, and our California licence number appears in the footer of every page. Where we are not licensed, we cannot bind coverage and will say so rather than take the enquiry.

What you send us

Send accurate information. Insurance is priced and underwritten on what you tell us, and a material misstatement can affect a claim or void a policy — that consequence sits with you, not with us.

Do not use the forms on this site to send anything unlawful, or to submit information about someone else without the right to do so. Handling of what you send is covered by our privacy policy.

Availability

We try to keep the site accurate and available, and we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and regulatory information in particular changes. Do not rely on a page here as your only source for a compliance deadline.

Time-sensitive matters should never be sent through a web form alone. If coverage is being cancelled, a claim needs reporting, or a deadline is close, call us.

Links elsewhere

We link to regulators, carriers and primary sources because citing a claim is better than asserting it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Our content

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote or cite it with attribution. Wholesale republication is not permitted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including any obligation we owe you as your insurance agent, which is governed by our engagement and by state law rather than by this page.

Governing law, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update them; the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.
